WHAT WE DO
At The Hale Company, our primary goal is to provide creative solutions to our clients' problems. In Tile, Stone, Landscaping, Construction, and Design, we offer years of experience and knowledge coupled with inventive design. The Hale Company was started in 2001 in order to serve Nelson County and the surrounding counties with quality personal service in the construction industry.

Landscaping: We have the ability to manicure the land to solve such problems as poor drainage, unusable terrain, overgrown landscapes, and features that are outdated or falling apart. The first step is meeting with the clients, whether it be contractor or land owner, to assess their needs and listen to their concerns. Then drawings can be made and an estimate formed which fits the client's budget to achieve maximum satisfaction for the client.

Options are our specialty. There are many ways to achieve similar results, and we strive to tailor each process based on the individual situation and the preferences of the client. Prices can vary greatly according to materials and style of installation. Phasing is also an option that can allow a project to be completed over a period of time to allow for financial concerns.

Tile: After working full time for many years in the tile industry, we have gained a complete knowledge of the practice of design, installation and repair. There are many products on the market, and we choose to use only those products that we find to be consistent and reliable based on years of experience with them. Alternatively, we do consider and often use new products when the situation calls for them. We have a strong portfolio of innovative design, and specialize in custom mosaics and difficult installations with a creative touch.

Considering the variety of jobs that our business intends to accomplish, tile jobs are required to be flexible on scheduling, due to variations in weather.

Construction: With years of experience under our belts, we can offer a level of craftsmanship not found in many other companies. With the combination of skills we offer, we are able to fulfill complete projects, from the first groundbreaking to the finished details. We are exceptionally proud of our Water Collection systems, for which we put all of our skills to use. These systems brought relief to many of our clients during droughts. THE COMPANY
The Owner: Jeremy A.A. Hale has been in the trade since he was a boy and now is the president of the company. In order to maintain quality, we have kept our company small, with an emphasis on superior tools and equipment. We are licensed and insured in the state of Virginia. We are environmentally conscious and erosion control certified. Our pride and joy is our Caterpillar 246 Skid-steer Loader with a backhoe, Four-in-One bucket, and pallet fork attachments. This front-end loader is a turbo powered workhorse with the ability to move mountains or finesse its way into a basement.
